• El Che Steakhouse & Bar and El Che Meat & Provisions are at 845 W. Washington Blvd. Chicago, IL 60607. Between the intersections of Washington and Peoria and Washington and Green.

  • Currently, we do not offer valet parking. However, there is valet at Soho House and Parlor Pizza. There is also a lot directly across the street from El Che. The baseline rate is $20 but can fluctuate depending on traffic. There is also plenty of paid street parking around the restaurant.

  • El Che is two blocks south and four blocks west of the Morgan train station (Pink and Green Lines). We are also two blocks north of the #20 bus stop at Madison & Peoria and three blocks from the #8 bus stop on Halsted & Washington.

  • We accept cash, credit cards (all major credit cards), and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks.

  • Yes, we allow walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee a seat at that moment. We recommend making a reservation to secure a spot. If you're considering walking in, we encourage you to call ahead to check availability and how busy we are.

  • No, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis for the bar.

  • Smoking is allowed 25 feet away from the patio and front door, but vaping is not permitted inside the restaurant.

  • Yes, you can bring your own wine. The corkage fee is $60 per bottle, with a limit of two bottles per party. All bottles brought from outside must be different from those on our wine list.
